The benefit concert is being held in honor of Raven's Heart Foundation — originally established to raise funds for Raven Nicole Robinson, a one-year old girl born with a very large hole in between the right and left pumping chambers of her heart — and was set up by Raven's mother to help all children with heart disease. Raven had a successful surgery last year and is growing beautifully due to the love and support of the music and entertainment industry. Misse, Raven's mom vowed to continue to help children and then hand over the foundation to Raven when she is old enough. The foundation has helped numerous children with heart illness this past year and has been a support system for families going through crisis because of their sick children.
Misse has worked diligently with the assistance of some wonderfully talented individuals to keep her promise to these needful families.
The concert is a $20 donation and it is an all-ages show. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and show starts at 7:00 p.m. Club Fais Do-Do is located at 5257 W. Adams Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90016.
